We would like to inform you that like the past several years, we have again reserved booths for 'Sahaja Meditation' at the Earth Day Festival in Forest Park this coming weekend. This year it is a two-day event. The event is free and open to everyone from 11 am to 5 pm on Saturday (4/22) and Sunday (4/23). We would like to invite you all to this event. This would also be a great opportunity for you to bring your family and friends, who are interested in learning about meditation. You can find our booths in the Wellness section. Booth numbers are W-19 and W-20.

For the past few years, we have been getting a great turnout at the festival with 800 to 1000 people visiting our booths and more than 200 getting their self-realization (awakening of the inner energy). This year also, we are expecting a similar response.

You can learn more about this festival at.
It is a great event where you can enjoy music & cultural performances, a diverse cuisine, and also learn about sustainable products and services offered by local businesses.

Please note that due to the earth day event, there will be no meditation class at the library this Saturday (4/22).

It would be great if you could join us for the earth day event. We look forward to seeing you!

The upcoming Beginner Series (February 18, 2017 through April 1, 2017)

posted Feb 15, 2017, 10:15 PM by Madhur Garg

We are pleased to announce our 7-week Beginner Series starting February 18, 2017. This will be a great way for people to begin, learn and advance in our meditation practice in a short time.

Headquarters of St. Louis County Library
1640 S. Lindbergh Blvd.
St. Louis, MO 63131

Time: 11 am to 12:30 pm

Class Structure:

  • Introduction
  • Awakening of the inner energy
  • Meditation
  • Going deeper – detailed information on a new energy center each week

We understand that some of you might not be able to attend one or more sessions in the series due to other engagements, which is perfectly fine. Please feel free to attend as many as you can. Even though the sessions are of progressive nature, meditation is the basic theme of all the sessions. You will not feel lost and will always benefit from the meditative experience even if you attend only one session in the series. In addition, our experienced practitioners can always help you catch up on the missed portion after the class, if you are interested.

We look forward to seeing you!

Warm regards,

Sahaja Meditation Group
