Free Weekly Classes :    Currently offered ONLINE as well as IN-PERSON at some locations! 

'Sahaja Yoga' is an established non-profit organization in the United States. We offer free meditation classes every week in St. Louis to help you de-stress, relax, and revitalize. Our Saturday classes are normally held at the headquarters branch of St. Louis County Library, but due to renovation, the branch is not back open for in-person classes yet. Please see the following sections for the schedule and instructions to join our online and in-person classes, where available. We look forward to meditating with you!
