We are pleased to announce a new 8-week beginner course starting January 5, 2019, which will run through February 23, 2019. This course is being offered completely FREE. The sessions will be held every Saturday (11 am to 12 noon) at Headquarters of St. Louis County Library – 1640 S. Lindbergh Blvd, St. Louis. MO 63131.

In addition to the free beginner course, you will have the opportunity to enroll in our ‘Personal Meditative Guide’ program…and you guessed it….also completely FREE. It is a limited duration program that will be available for up to 3 months after the beginner course. And no, we are NOT going to sell or push any sessions afterwards, so no strings attached! Here is how it will work -
If you sign up for this optional program during the beginner course, you will be assigned a personal coach. You will have direct access to your coach, who will help answer any questions, provide clarifications, clear any doubts, give customized tips, and more importantly guide you in your journey to achieve your individual meditative goals. Although the coach will motivate you to practice meditation regularly, the pace will totally be based on your interest.
FREE – As we said, this will be a free service. No strings attached. We believe in giving back!
CUSTOMIZED – You will set your own pace, because we don’t want you to get stressed
COMPLETE FREEDOM – You will have complete freedom. You can opt out of the program at any time you like!
DURATION – Up to 3 months after completion of beginner course. We want to give you enough time to get settled!
To qualify for the program, we would like you to attend at least 4 of the 8 classes in the beginner series. And yes, don’t forget to sign up for the program in one of those sessions!
